2. Data We Access & Collect
- Photo Library Access: LensMind requires read and write access to your device's Photo Library to organize photos, search media semantically, extract text via OCR, and allow you to view, favorite, delete, or modify photo metadata (such as location and date). Your photos and videos remain on your device and are never uploaded to any public server or sold to third parties.
- Account Information: If you sign in via GitHub, Apple, or email, we collect your unique account identifier, email address, and avatar URL solely for authentication and subscription verification purposes.
- AI & Search Processing: Natural language semantic search and embedding features operate locally on your device or via secure, encrypted API communication with our AI backend. Prompts and queries are not used to train public machine learning models.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the intelligent photo search and organization features of LensMind.
- To manage your account, authenticate sign-ins, and verify membership/subscription status.
- To provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
4. Third-Party Services
We may utilize trusted third-party service providers to facilitate our service:
- Supabase: For secure database management and authentication.
- Apple StoreKit: For in-app purchase and subscription processing.
These third parties are subject to confidentiality obligations and are only permitted to process data on our behalf in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
You have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data at any time:
- Account Deletion: You can permanently delete your account and all associated cloud data directly inside the App by going to Settings → Delete Account.
- Local Data: Uninstalling the App immediately removes all local embeddings, search indices, and cached data from your device.

- 账户信息：当您选择通过 GitHub、Apple 或邮箱登录时，我们仅收集您的用户识别码（User ID）、邮箱地址及头像，仅用于登录凭证维护与会员权益核验。
- AI 智能问答与检索：您的相册检索请求在本地加密处理或通过私有安全链路与后端交互，绝不会被用于公有模型的训练。
3. 信息存储与数据注销
我们充分尊重用户的个人数据控制权：
- 账号注销与数据删除：您可随时在 App 内通过 设置 → 注销并删除账户 彻底清除您的云端账号与所有关联记录。
- 本地缓存清理：卸载本应用将即刻清理手机端的所有矢量检索索引与本地缓存。
