1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using LensMind ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

LensMind offers both free features and optional premium subscriptions (LensMind Pro):

• Payments are processed securely by Apple via your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
• You may manage and cancel subscriptions at any time via your iOS device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use LensMind strictly in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws. You are responsible for all activity associated with your account.

4. Standard Apple EULA

LensMind applies the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA): Apple Standard EULA.
